Happy Today?

Did you wake up this morning and say I am going to be happy today?

Will you go to bed tonight saying today was a happy day?

The day you answer Yes to both those questions,
Hold on to that day.

And repeat forever. Every day.

How you moved about that one day.

How your breath moved that day.

How your thoughts let you be free that one day.
Of all your anxieties and your fears of the past.
Of your expectations and your longings for the future.

That was the one day when you just were.

Neither in the past.
Nor in the future.

Remember.

Repeat.

Forever.
